Found these guys online while searching for kitchenaid appliance repair in Los Angeles and boy, glad I did! My KitchenAid refrigerator's freezer was acting up, randomly defrosting and making a mess. OceanView Appliance Repair swooped in like the heroes they are. Scheduling a visit was a breeze. Quick response and I got an appointment super fast. The technician arrived on time, super friendly, and totally knew his stuff. He explained what was wrong in a way I actually understood. Don’t you just hate when experts talk in code? Anyways, he had parts on hand, and before I knew it, my freezer was back in action. No more unexpected puddles! Can't stress enough how efficient and knowledgeable the team was. They didn't just fix the problem, they pretty much rescued my weekend plans that would’ve been a total disaster otherwise.
