Tried fixing our KitchenAid fridge myself, yeah that didn’t work out. A quick Google search led me to OceanView Appliance Repair, and called them right away. They were super prompt, someone was out at our Los Angeles home the next afternoon. John, the KitchenAid refrigerator repairman, arrived on time, friendly and ready to go. Turns out, he'd probably seen every fridge problem out there. What a relief! He got right to the issue, explained what was happening in simple terms. No jargon. Our fridge is now humming away like it’s supposed to, no more annoying surprises with the frozen food section! Pretty sure I'm sticking with this crew when it's time for any other appliance headaches.
